Please increase the PM limits or at least allow users to receive private messages if they're over quota. Many of my conversations come to a halt because the recipient has a full inbox. The majority of people I deal with are one-timers and probably won't know their inbox is full until they try to send a message. If their last sent message invoked the limit they logically expect me to reply. Since I cannot due to their inbox being full, they do not get my response and may assume I lost interest.
Sure they could've added contact details, but in the off chance they don't or haven't yet, I need to contact a crew member.
The solution is simple: for each usergroup set "Can Ignore Quota" to yes. You can still receive messages if you're over quota, but not send until you clean your inbox. This way the users are at least aware their inbox is full.
