Price check on GW2 beta?

From what I understand, preordering GW2 gives you access to the weekend-long beta testing events as well as an early, 3-day start to the main release. The Collectors Edition costs $150 to preorder whereas the Standard pack is around $50. So my guess is a beta key should cost somewhere between $30-40? Don't see why people are offering $200 in the other thread when you can easily preorder and get into beta in a risk free and legit manner.
