Hi, new peep here!

First question, im currently selling my fortnite acc on Ebay but seen a lot of things, the most common thing being chargebacks, im afraid of it and might delete my ebay offer (someone made a bid for 500$ (my starting bid was 500$, direct payement option for 1k) and told me he had an acc on EpicNPC, he'd like to pay for my account through Epic too)
I have looked at your tips about scams but aside of your dispute/ban system you can't really do anything about paypal chargebacks thats why i want to stay cautious so im wondering if peoples with high rep would still buy regarding my status (idk how to build a rep otherwise since thats the only account i'll ever sell and i do not plan to buy anything).

Also another question, is there any section were i can post my skins for an evaluation of his real price ?

If you're afraid of chargebacks, the only way to protect yourself is to use a payment method that does not allow chargebacks like bitcoin, otherwise you'll have to take a risk.

That said, users that have good feedback, upgrades and have been members for some time (at least 6 months) the risk for chargeback is very low.

If you're not sure what price to sell at, you can list it for sale and say "taking offers" then see what offers you get to get an idea about the value of your item.
