Previously banned trader wants to trade me - CondomsAre4Nubs

Basically, I got the guy to post on my thread after looking up his AIM name and finding out he had two previously banned accounts.

I apologize for not using the scammer fillout form but no scam was actually done, im just reporting a user that is using proxys or something.
