It means that the e-mail adress attached to the account looks like this : [email protected] ("XXX" being a number). Obviously, I don't own this adress so I won't be able to give access to you. Nevertheless, you can change the password attached to this account and everything else about it works just as it was a regular one. Gaijin never takes away access to this kind of accounts.
