Hello , I want to ask if i purchase Premium Pro Seller will my badge of Verified user remain ? And also how to add another IP to trusted Ip adresses, i can't log from my other computer because of the protection? Thank you in advance for the help !

Yes, you'll end up having 3 badges. The protected, EpicNPC Verified and the EpicNPC Pro Premium seller badge.

You can't just 'add' another IP Address. You need that 6digit code that resets every 30 seconds from the Google Authenticator app that you downloaded to get the protected badge.

As Jason said you'll have all 3 badges. For the authenticator, if you log in from another location it will simply ask you to enter the code from your phone. That new IP will then be whitelisted in addition to your original IP.
