potential scammer Kolgari FAKE screenshot paypal transaction

Hi, today this guy add me a skype to buy a LoL Account he say he send me the money (sorry for my terrible english ) but i got nothing
he send me a screenshot of transaction :

but i got nothing

after that he say i'm the scammer and he recoridng all of this , and he report ... blablabla
i'm still waithing the paypal report XD

Be careful of this guy, he said he use a proxy xD for buy a account

information:

skype : luigi.hd
email ( propobly not true ) : [email protected]

+ tipycal scammer profil : girl profil pic + "Bolivie" as skype country + use a proxy + want to scare me with my IP

Should i use a proxy whem i sell accounts on Skype ?
 
luigi.hd is his skype, [email protected] is his registered email but the other could be. I have a few issues with that paypal payment. one being the email in two locations at top instead of one being your name or business name, and then at the bottom it says "paypal Cosanostrop Cos"

My last payment i sent says at top
Pro**** D**** (The recipient of this payment is Non-U.S. - Verified)
Payment sent to: tip*****@yandex.ru
and then bottom
This transaction will appear on your bill as "PAYPAL *TIP*****".

So essentially what im saying is the part at the bottom of the payment always matches details at top in some way. I obviously edited out name and email for privacy but thats how a real payment would look.

Skype location saying a different country is always a bad sign. telecom italia is not a proxy but it can be used by business's in a cloud setting.
another note to mention is his sales threads say he has no time for lol but hes buying accounts?

When it comes to fake screenshots and both people disputing them, we require video.


Kolgari please take a video of your Paypal screen and show the payment was sent to Frosty56 (camstudio.org - free) Upload the video to youtube and make it private. Then PM me the URL.
 
i still have nothing on my paypal , 0 report from paypal too, so this guy was a scammer , you can close this thread he will probably wont answer.

i can add him and send this topic , if you want :)
