He randomly message me to buy an account, i ask him which account and which game did he see my discord name. he doesnt answer this question, all he asks me to do is list my accounts. I list my draco+valk account and he says, "yes that one, i will buy" then i confirm details for him to send me payment and he sais he is busy right now. Then proceeds to ask if i can register for a *** site to help him buy something. If this doesnt smell SCAM i dont know what does. Anyone that knows more about this potential scam please let me know? he is sending me money via hacked paypal? or fraudulant credit card? i am not sure how this scam works or maybe i am overthinking it. Please let me know also make aware to anyone on this site know this type of scam.

I dont know how many times it needs to be said. Be careful all the time dealing with people on discord + non reputable person on Epicnpc. Make sure to use tradeguard service for your deals.

If you wanna raise a dispute against another member (in this case I cant say that because I see only the discord) please create a support ticket. A warning is not needed since it was always like that and it will remain like that. Stay safe and be careful with who or what you are dealing

You are right. This has been going around for a while. They are using hacked PayPal account or stolen credit card to pay you which will be refunded once the original owner reported it. Do not fall into the trap.
