Hi, I keep asking for either my posts to be removed from this account or for this account to be completely closed. I want an account with a clean slate (no post history) whether it be this one or a new one I do not care. I can simply change my HWID/MAC/IP and do this, but I want to take the ethical approach and ask for it to be done properly. However, I have tried this now THREE times unsuccessfully. I want either
1. my posts removed from this account
or
2. my account closed/deleted so that I can make a new one with a clean post history
If this cannot be done I will just change my info and create a new account that way. I am trying to avoid having to do this for moral reasons but if you guys are unwilling to work with me and apply my reasonable request to have my posts deleted I will be forced to. Thanks.

Saw posts above. Looks like my only option is to do what I had to do to make this account in the first place, and that's change my traceable info. Sorry it had to come to this but you guys need to work with your members more if you want to avoid things like this from occurring. It's not an unreasonable request to have 8 posts removed, nor is it to have an account closed to make a new one. Hopefully you guys can understand the flaw in your approach and adjust it going forward so that you don't have to force players to do what I have had to and will do again just for the sake of having a clean post history when switching from being a buyer to a seller.

This is a marketplace. Allowing members to buy, sell or trade items, then delete everything is an extremely obvious security problem and why we do not allow it.
You can try to make a new account, but we permanently ban on 4 accounts. You already have 3 so if you're caught again you would be permanently banned from this site.

You guys should use moderator discretion when doing so. If you look at my posts, none of them are anything that would potentially be related to security, scamming, or anything of the sort. They're all feedback posts made in threads. While I agree that there are cases where it should not apply, for those like mine it only makes complete sense to be willing to delete the posts since there is no potential downside and it could not impact security in any sense.
Yeah, I made these 3 on the same PC/IP/MAC/HWID. I'll make the fourth from an entirely different PC/IP and you guys won't be able to do anything about it. I'm trying to avoid this by simply having my few feedback posts removed, but you guys aren't being reasonable at the moment.

It isnt easy as that to get away with new accounts, they'll always find them

Most scams usually happen during the sale/trade or within a few days after. However many still happen weeks or months later. The victim is then required to provide evidence of the sale, including the username of the member here. If we delete this info after x days, this would simply mean scammers just need to wait x days before they recall. They would then be able to recall and relist the item for sale because we deleted everything.
I'm sorry, it is our obligation to make this community as safe as possible and keeping sales threads and username info is needed.
You can do what you want to do and we'll do what we need to do.
