Just want to vouch for wowguys and say that he has been legit. Just yesterday I bought a Vanilla key from him which worked and we had no issues after that.

hey mate my net has been playing up today unable to get on AIM constantly i am aware of the paypal funds being held i have other people msged me about it aswell its just a paypal secrutiy thing they have limited my acct as they thought i was getting hacked etc i have to fax my ID/proof of address/bank info etc which im currently doing all funds will be released shortly very sorry for this inconvenience mate

i am waiting Shioji to unlimit his paypal acc so that my funds could get released.

What will happen if the funds don't get released 0.o i am worried on wowguys side, sorry for posting while the actual thread doesn't involve me but he is one of the only legit chinese person and i don't want him to get scammed :S Sorry anyways

If shioji cannot get his paypal unlimited, it will be his responsibility to get the money to wowguys through other means.
 
actually , i only need the funds cuz i already paid for gold to farmer when i delivered his gold.

so,when my funds get frozen,my credit card get debit/balance now ,it will be time to pay for credit card company soon.i am very tight now to pay for credit card company, or else i 'll pay a lot interest

i called paypal company here over phone
they told me that if he unlimit his paypal acc him my funds wil get released

he just need to upload his id scan and address proofs,is it so hard for them to upload that ?

i also had same experience when my acc got locked ,it only took me 3 days to unlock


now ,the prroblem is that if he'd like to upload id scan and address proof or not .

I think you misenterpreted what I said. What I meant was that if Shioji cannot get you the money via paypal then he has to get you the money through other means, such as Western Union.

Or are you trying to say that you only want it back via paypal?
 
hey i got same problem from shiojo,after i delivered 51000G to him, and then i got disputed on my paypal. Paypal is investigating funds. i hope Shiojo can solve it. and Admins help me and wowguys .We've got same problems
 
My paypal account was limited too, and i called paypal Inc and they asked me to fax id and other infos. Shiojo should update these informations to paypal.

admins give hin a chance plz, he said he have sent his id and addess proofs to paypal company , i guess he will solve it .
 
i am 100% sure this guys is scammer ,cuz when i contact him to upload his id scan and address proof to unlimit his paypal ,he said he uploaded id scan but cant do address proofs.he said he owed more than 2000$ on his paypal to buy so many items on markeedragon ,even he unlimits his paypal but there is no money on his paypal
actually , he is liar and bad scammer

he agreed to give me 10k gold back first ,so when i logged on game to invite him
but i got refused and blocked me on his aim

hopefully admins ban his ip and marks his bad scammer instead of account closed under his avatar
 
I sold Shioji an account for 500$ and soon after his payment was held like everyone elses. I contacted him on AIM and he told me what was going on and such and I told him it was fine and to let me know when he gets it resolved. The next day he gave me back the account without a hassle. I hope he gets this figured out, hes a good friend and has been nothing but legit to me on many occasion.
 
Unfortunately I received reports this morning that Shioji was banned at some point last night. He apparently created multiple accounts in order to defraud people.

Shioji is now perma banned with no chance of return.
