Outrageous that someone who is temp banned can keep opening multiple accounts and it takes this long for it to be cleaned up. Now, only AFTER I try to make a deal do I come back and the person is banned. Why even issue a temp ban in the first place? This gentleman took two payments from me that were partially refunded, and are STILL pending. Could of taken other avenues and I was foolish not to as I usually do.
