He sent me an instant message wanting to buy my WotLK Beta Key. He has positive reputation on these boards, and I did searches on him and found nothing about being a scammer.
I told him he needs to open and close a dispute or we won't be doing this. He tells me he did, so I checked, and he did it. Dispute opened and closed. I told him he needs to upgrade it to a claim, and he says "I can't, it won't let me." I honestly don't know why I let this fly, because obviously that was a lie.
After giving him the key I realized he can still open a claim and rob his money back. I said dude.... a claim is open. He says he's really sick and needs some rest, and he will deal with it in the morning, and I have nothing to worry about.
This was my fault. I didn't realize you still can open a claim even after opening and closing a dispute. Sigh...
