Positive Feedbacks removed

Hi why all my feedbacks was reset to 0? I have been selling dota 2 accounts for awhile and apparently some of my customers where banned due to VPN How come admin removed my feedbacks?
Am I to blame? I always use location info under post I did not know they use VPNs

I also had transaction with Rmik and youremember me highly reputed members they know I don't scam Please help

When we ban people we remove the positive feedbacks. simple as that.
