Never received paid items, never refunded.

Payment was sent on 01/27/2022, for 40 Euro for the $100 TFT mega bundle to be gifted. On 01/29/2022 I was advised the mega bundle was sent out, however, upon checking my account I had not received anything. I was told the RP was spent, and additionally an error was received stating "We ran into an error sending your gift."

On 01/29/2022 a ticket was allegedly created by the vendor, after some time, on 02/05/2022 a ticket response was received by Riot. It was advised the gifts were allegedly sent, and received by me. At that time on 02/05/2022 I created my own ticket to Riot advising them of the issues.

On 02/10/2022 I received a response from Riot stating that I had not received the gifts but would not specify why, only to reach out to my friend, the vendor. Seller was advised of this, and provided a screenshot. Seller provided a screenshot with a response from Riot stating the gifts were indeed sent correctly, and the names he was provided are NOT the name of my League account.

I was offered various times throughout this interaction to receive a refund for my money. I've since asked numerous times to receive a refund, and have been ignored. Screenshots of these conversations are saved and available should they be requested.
