Hello!
I was sell dupe programm + script in Warhammer online privat server (RoR) for this guy.
Dupe is work well for him.

He make profit for this dupe (sell many accouts with BiS duped gear/make many gold and ETC)
But after dupe is fixed on this server this guy is backup money on Paypal

and now my Paypal have negative balance.

you sold me something that doesnt work...

also paypal said i cant get the money back as i paid you through friends & family, so not sure how im the scammer here. im the one thats $350 down

as you can see - you told me "RoR team know about it but cant do anything"

so i bought it and then it gets fixed....

so if anything i am the one who has been scammed here.

It works about 2-3 years for me but fixed in 1 mounth when you buy it.
I dont have any proofs but wonder is you show how it works to GMs for privileges and exclusive items what they presents for any serious bugs.
Anyway - any server fixes doesn't depend on me. I was sell to you well worked dupe but you try to backup money later without any notified. its scumm.
Your payment still hold and my paypal still has negetive balance.

i spent $350 because you told me it cant be fixed. so i bought it as an investment for future purposes and i could use it for however long i played the game...

so you basically lied and within a few weeks it was fixed.
Are you going to reimburse me my $350? as what you sold me was based off a lie and if u actually told me it could be fixed i wouldn't have purchased it.

We dont deal about time that you can use it. It was just talk.
We was deal about program + guide and I was sold worked stuff.

And we dont know for sure about fix/ maybe it just not worked for any time.
Anyway you take profit from it and backup your money later without notified.
No reason to continue this disput.

@pork9486 did you get any guarantee for this guide that will work longer than a week or two? If yes please show me a conversation image

as you can see he clearly says at the bottom. the "dupe started from the live servers" which was close to 10 years ago now and "based on the games code error". then tells me the gms know about it but they cant do anything which basically sealed the deal for me to buy it as to me that means i could use it for however long i wanted and was a good investment. but that just wasnt the case

@Angel this is our last conversation together to try and fix the problem before he ignored me.

1. Why would I pay SO much money to a guy - who i've dealt with previously before - who gave me his word it couldn't be fixed, just for it to be fixed weeks after? If anything, it shows he was being deceitful from the start. It also leads me to question why he was suddenly selling this 'exclusive' service he uses as a personal way of income, a few weeks before the apparent 'non-fixable' dupe becomes obsolete.
2. Kept communication going - I made sure to notify him about the fix. Rather than offer any sort of reimbursement or even apology - as you can see from the SS provided he was more concerned with his own accounts than the money he just ripped off people like myself, this just ultimately amounts to fraud. I was promised a service - I purchased it, just for that service to stop. I was specifically told it can't be fixed. It gets fixed. So yes, I want reimbursement.

Script has been sold in private, there was no thread with required terms so based on this there is not much we can do. Also, the seller promised that the script will not get fixed but it happens in about a week or two.

Based on all this, the buyer should get a full refund but since he already opened a dispute will have to wait until you confirm that the dispute has been closed.

i havent received a refund, paypal just held it while they looked at the dispute which is why wolfen's paypal was showing negative. they have now closed and declined it as i paid through friends and family and i authorised the transaction. this is my only hope of actually getting a refund at all @Angel. here is the screenshot to show its been closed

I make 5-10k gold in a one day when use this dupe. (with real life + real work and etc.)
10$ is lowest price for 1k gold here.
I sell dupe 3 september to Pork.
3 octeber he try to backup money.
(30 days) X 5k gold = 150k gold (its minimum)
=1500$-3000$ if i was sell him not dupe but gold

and this guy was sell char with duped gear 2-3 octeber for 400$ as well (to Jokerlolz)

40/78RR char without duped gear is cost ~100$ (150$ max)

If pork compensates me 1500$+300$=1800$ for use dupe for 30 days i can compensates him 350$ for sell it with no problem.

Personal use or not this does not change anything. There is no thread where we can see your selling terms. Do you have evidence on how much gold he got with using exploit?

@Angel nop. im just summary minimum for you see that it cost many many many when 350$ just for 30 days.
i was make pretty gift for this guy but he try to scumm me later.

the reason i actually sold my account was because i paid $350 for dupe which dont work so i didnt want to play the game anymore i havent made any money with the dupe/exploit i used it for myself here n there in game and then it was fixed... that was it.

as you can see. i bought it for me - not to profit from it.

i just dont think its fair i paid so much for something i was told was not going to get fixed for it to be fixed few weeks later, i just want my money back as its not what i was told. so @Angel what happens now as paypal dispute is over?
 
Just to clarify once more, how long did @pork9486 have this program before the exploit has been fixed? One month?
 
In this case, i will have to change my previous decision. Exploit was used a whole month after was bought and since there is no thread where the seller is giving a lifetime guarantee a 50% refund should be issued. Exploits are risky to buy as you can never know how long will last until gets fixed so you should be aware of the risk.

This decision is final

but i dont agree with decision.
Buyer wasnt open disput when it fixed/he just try to backup monyey - its type scummer way.
And now i cant do anything with my paylpal for half moth +

You just cry about fix and all. But i don't have the ability to read minds.
 
you didnt have to read my mind, i asked you is there anythin that can be done, you ignored that and just said your glad your account wasn't banned. @Angel has made a decision and i think its fair.
