Pokemon GO: RebSon

bought an account for the price of 25euros.
The morning after, woke up to play pokemon go and the account was banned.
I waited few days as i hoped to be a server issue.
User wont reply both in skype.
Accusing me for using bots when i pm'ed him in forum, the only problem is that i barely know how to use a pc.

Game stucks in loading screen showing "failed to get game data from server"

Period is too short to accuse you of being responsible. Even if rebson didnt bot and used nox to level these or play them, thats not hand played or legit, and Niantic has been banning everyone for it.

Rebson is responsible for a refund.

1. Nox is an mobile phone simulation which is similar to bluestacks.
2. It seems other people in his/her thread have accused him of selling banned accounts as well.
3. RebSon is offering to make it right with another account. If you deny then he/she still owes your refund as doomedtofail has ruled.
4. RebSon has been notified of this thread with a mandatory response.

I agree, but at the time of sale the account was a work account is fully working, was pumped legally.
I'm having the opinions from the buyer's side, did he use illegal software? Nox/bluestacks??

yes bans are not immediate. 12 hours is no window to claim buyer used software. Most accounts are banned days to weeks after botting or NOX was used on account.
A refund is required.

ok then... i would like a new account to be honest. One matching the criteria the old one had. Lvl 33+ and screenshots.. :/
but what happens if rebson gives me another account that gets banned? as you can already see, i dont even know what nox was :|
