As this services its about doing a lot of raids, maybe WE CAN SKIP some of the catches to keep raiding more, so you agree that maybe We wont catch all of the BOSSES from raids, because ITS better do more raids that spend time catching
We will do as much as possible raids in the event windows to find The shiny that you pick, so please buy enough passes (AT LEAST 30, RECOMMENDED 40-50), we cant take responsibility if you dont have enough passes, getting shiny its by luck and could takes many tries, sometimes just a few tries.
if for Some reason We don't get your shiny, We will GIVE YOU HALF refund(because you still get a few Raid Bosses and a lot of experience and rewards from many raids)
