Then, our Professional PokeMaster trainers will log into your account and catch pokemon, visit pokestops and evolve pokemon: only pidgey, caterpie, rattata and weedle (we don't spend candy other than on these pokemon unless you authorize us to). We work non-stop 24 hours through 3 different shifts: 2 day shifts and 1 night shift until the order is complete. We never use your incense, lucky eggs and lures, we use our own.
What about server downtime?

You may not use your Pokemon Go account while we are working on it. Once we finish, we suggest you wait 2 hours for the account to "move" to your location. If you log in too quickly after we finish, Niantic may prevent you from catching pokemon for a couple hours until the account restores to its full functionality.
