I gave him 110 orbs inexchange for 0.75 USD for each orb for a total of $82.50 and he didn't give the money and just stopped responding on skype and removed me from contacts I believe.

I don't think the game company will recover your items for you
 
The proof I have now is as follows.

1) You talking on skype, Medorianis gives you his in-game username
2) A trade in-game, but no usernames are displayed so there's no way for me to confirm those items were sent to the username Medorianis told you.

This image shows you told him to invite you in-game, then a few seconds later to send payment, however there's no confirmation from you saying you sent the items.

The scrollbar in that image shows there are more messages, please take another screenshot showing the rest of the chat.
