, Because I buy the plex directly from CCP, then I trade the plex to you. I doubt they will flag me or you as doing RMT, because they will see where the plex came from.
Im not stealing any credit cards, Plex is cheaper in my country, blame the currency exchange system for it being super cheap here. So I added a little to the price to make me some profit
