Want to buy PLEX or ISK. I needs it to my own investment in the game, thus giving me the cash you will not incur the risk that I resell it to another person, putting your accounts on the consequences from the CCP. I'm not a reseller who buys cheap and sells more expensive
I offer:
7$ for each (minimum 5 plexes in one deal)
11$ for each one bill (minimum 5 billion in one deal)
but my offert is not final - I'm also open to your prices. Simply wrote your conditions on my priv or skype darth.fenris
ATM I need 50 bill or plex equal. Of course, any discounts for purchase of such a large packet - will be welcome

In the case of ISK trade - for security from the eyes of the CCP - I suggest (of course if seller accept that- is just a proposal), trade via container in safe spot for example in the Jita system (ISK converted into things with low weight - e.g. the sleeper drone AI nexus or melted nanoribbons etc). After receiving the plexes/cargo I make instantly payment (I'm verified paypal) with a note that the payment relates to the purchase of virtual items and the clause about the lack of my rights to withdraw payment.
