Well, this is awkard. Despite already having been an EpicNPC verified member I purchased the Epic Member Premium upgrade today, simply because I wanted that extra badge!

I had to verify my phone number again after purchasing it. I used my gv for convenience sake, as it's always on my screen, which did not take for now understandable reasons. I received the pm "Your upgrades have been removed until a new number is recorded." I immediately verified with my cell phone number shortly thereafter but my upgrades have not yet been restored. So much trouble over my addiction for pixels.

As a seller on the site I need the upgrades restored for the services I offer, so your time and help to have them reinstated is greatly appreciated!

If some form of confirmation is necessary this was my EpicNPC Verified renewal last year for '99 years'. Personal information is whited out for obvious reasons

Hi nocturnae, this issue has to be resolved by an Admin. Hopefully one can contact you before the end of the day. Your thread has been closed until upgrades reinstated, in which you can re-open when done.
