The system is very flawed.. Someone gives you a negative out of nowhere. Then you have to spend days disputing a random negative. Meanwhile everyone can see 2 negatives and decides to not work with you.

I agree and I've already made suggestions on how to improve it (one of it being to hide the negative feedback for public view while there's an active dispute for it). They are work in progress but until then we'll have to stick with what we have.
