A day after I bought a Fortnite account from @Suhspension I noticed the account details were changed.

After multiple attempts to contact him, he responded, claiming he was drunk and is sorry and handed me the updated information.

A day later, again I could not access the account, this time he claimed he "did nothing wrong" and has stopped responding to my messages ever since.

Therefore, I opened a PayPal case for the payment, a few hours later I was notified of a negative feedback from him.

Note: The main platform of communication between us was through Discord, Discord enables you to delete all of the private messages one sent and that is exactly what he did.
Due to that, I do not have any messages other than our conversation on the forums (which occurred after the passwords were changed by him)

I would like to request from the admins to remove the negative feedback simply because I am the one that was scammed here.
Claiming otherwise would be nonsensical and baseless

The user Sancus claimed he didn't write the information that i sent him down, so I resent to him after a few days away for the weekened, and he was super happy and that's why he sent me the positive feedback, yesterday I got an email about him trying to chargeback on me when I did nothing wrong. I told him to ask if he needed help with anything but I don't know why he keeps asking me to resend info. I have sold account before and never had any issues except for here, please get him to remove his negative feedback as he is trying to make me look like the scammer. Makes no sense.

Prior to you receiving the email from PayPal, I sent you multiple messages here, on EpicNPC which you saw and ignored (and you keep ignoring).

The account you "sold" me a few days ago is no longer available to me and that is only due to you messing with it.
I am unable to recover the passwords because the phone linked to the email account belongs to the original seller - @Suhspension.
I would be happy to resolve this case with you personally but you seem to be far from interested in doing that and so my only option is to chargeback.
Luckily, you can't delete private messages on the forums so at least I do have some evidence.

Do note Suhspension, that I would be willing to cancel the case if you gave me the updated account information and unlinked your phone from the email.

@Suhspension, you were the person that created the email
your phone is linked to it (it must be yours because outlook only links verified phone numbers)

if you are not the owner of this email account then you shouldn't have sold the account in the first place ?
How do you explain the phone number and the other email address that are linked to the email?

It is only possible to change the email password through the phone/the recovery email which are yours. claiming you have no access to the email is stupid

You must have added this info after you received the email, otherwise why wouldn’t you ask me to change it? That just wouldn’t make sense, your clearly trying to make me look like the bad guy

Dude.

One can't just create a Hotmail account without a phone number linked to it, it is a required part of the registration process.
Your allegations are baseless but thanks to them everyone gets to see that you are a scammer.
I am no longer interested in resolving the case with you because you were definitely trying to scam me all along.
I mean, you don't even respond to my PMs / my PayPal messages to you.
For the record, I didn't ask for you to remove the phone number linked to the account because I didn't think about it at the time, because I didn't know you were going to scam me.

@EpicNPC CM, please remove the negative feedback, @Suhspension is clearly lying here and attempting to paint me as a scammer and it taints unjustifiably, my reputation over the forums.
If you can check @Suhspension 's phone / email (maybe) number I'll be able to show concrete evidence of him being the scammer in this case

The email was brand new and I recently switched phone providers so I don’t even have the same phone anymore, I can show proof I just got a new phone literally last week, so I would have completely no access to the account, you can even see that email isn’t the same as the one I used for here, because it was completely new ensuring that you would have complete access of the account. Any admin can clearly see that you should have asked me if there was any issues once you received the info, instead you said was all good so I deleted everything because I wanted to go on with my life, now you are just creating problems that I don’t need, this is exactly what I was afraid of. Admin please help

If you really have no access to the phone you linked to the account how was I supposed to change its password?
Hotmail requires you to verify your identity (either by sending SMS to the phone linked or sending an email to a linked email account [recovery email]) before changing passwords
You're claiming that even though I had 0 access to your old phone I managed to somehow change the email password? that is impossible.

What about the recovery email that is linked to the account?
You could have changed the email password using it alone without the need to use the phone you supposedly have no access to anymore.
Nice try bud

Well i didn't know it required that to change password as I never have tried that, but I could have contacted support and try to see if they could do anything. Regardless I never even attempted to do anything. For all i know you tried to resell the account and are now trying to make it look like I'm scamming you. I have done nothing wrong and it is so clear, I can't believe I even have to prove myself. Now your going to try to get your money back and take my account, like this is even worse than I could have even imagined.

So the fortnite account was sold with the email.

The email was then recalled by its original owner?

nothing was recalled by me, I am the one being scammed and robbed.

I'm pretty sure he did something fishy because I checked the recent games yesterday on fortnitetracker and either him or someone else is playing on the account still

What about the recovery email linked to the account?
How could I have changed the password without the phone/recovery email?

Why are you ignoring the facts?

there was no recovery email linked to the email when I gave you the info, and I can prove that, I don't know what you did but you must have got it added somehow by contacting or idk, but i literally have proof when i gave info that there was no recovery email on it, I have an answer for every so called "claim" you are trying to make, admin please don't fall for whatever he is trying to pull off.

Prove it please?
Recovery emails can only be added after verifying phones/at the registration process so we're back to the question it begs is: how did I get access to the phone you lost?
if admin wants pic, ill send him, and i never said you had access to the phone i lost, im saying you may have contacted microsoft directly or did something idk but i had no access.

To sum up:

 • The Hotmail account is linked to a phone to which I have no access (the seller's allegation of losing the phone should be taken with a large grain of salt).
 • I couldn't have added a recovery email without verifying the phone and since I have no access to the phone, it is 100% the seller's email.
 • The only person who can change the email password is the seller and all he does is ignore this fact and speculate senselessly about how I scammed him.
 • In the case I'm the one that has access to the account, why would I make it public and risk in getting banned?

it is important to point out that if the seller had only an inaccessible phone number linked to the account (which is the what the seller is trying to prove) it would be impossible to even reset the password and because of that, the password of the email should have stayed the same and not change.

Once again I can prove I just got new phone last week and switched providers, and also that there was no email linked for recovery when I gave the info to him, how would it make sense that somebody claimed everything was perfect on the account If he didn’t even try to secure the the account properly, this is what leads me to believe he tried to sell the account immediately after buying and now trying to make the money off both a new buyer plus him charging back on me.

I did try to sell the account but that doesn't mean I sold it.
I did that because I believed your a/w was underpriced and thought I could make money out of reselling it (there's nothing wrong in doing it).
Indeed, I should have taken steps in order to secure the account but I didn't get the time for doing it and that is since you deleted me on Discord after we dealt and changed the email password ONE DAY later.
The fact that I didn't get to try (and that is because I had less than one day to contact you after you deleted me on Discord) to secure the account does not give you the legitimation to log in it and change its password (which is, again, not a thing I could ever do).

Again, how would I be able to change the email password without having access to the phone / recovery email?
You are avoiding these integral questions and continue to fabricate an illogical narrative.

I don’t know what else to say, but whatever you will most likely get your refund from PayPal, and I originally sold the account because I no longer wanted to play so I guess I’ll just write off the loss. It’ll save us both a hassle.

Yeah, I probably will get the refund because I simply was scammed by you.

It would be nice if you admitted to the truth and agreed to remove your negative feedback towards me.

You have a lot to lose if you're not going to do that because I will be taking steps in order to get the Fortnite account banned and I'm sure that is not something you want to happen given that you're the one with the access to it now.

I no longer have the PayPal account, I sold accounts that I had for different games and that’s the only reason I had that account. I thought all were done deals already...
Fishy much. if that is the case then you should send me a payment of 200$ from your new account (since you got my money on it).

I’m sorry but if you’re unable to issue the refund or give me the account back the negative feedback shall stay with your account in order to warn people from dealing with a scammer.

Admins, please remove the feedback from my account, it’s lucidly apparent that I am the victim

it never had a recovery email when I gave you the info

You keep saying that the email did not consist of a recovery email when you sold it to me but you could have easily added one, it's not that problematic when you have the phone and impossible when you don't.
I don't buy the narrative of losing the phone and closing the PayPal just because "all the deals were done", (it is way too convenient) and I hope that neither do the admins.

The account is still active, meaning it's either @Suhspension or me playing it and since only the seller had the ability of changing the password I don't see the reason for the continuation of this charade, put an end to this and remove the negative feedback from my account.

Once again I can prove that I got new phone and service provider so you don’t even have to believe me , facts are facts , you were the only deal I’ve had a problem with which is very odd

@EpicNPC CM is anything being done about this? this unjustified negative feedback keeps me from making deals and taints my reputation badly.
I was not able to change the password, the password was changed, end of story. it's not really hard to see that I was scammed by @Suhspension who is still playing this account
