This user contacted me to buy one of my MG Accounts. We agreed on a 18$ deal for the account. The account hasn't been played for 3 weeks and had no VAC status (and even if it had it would have been shown on the profile and the buyer wouldn't be able to run the game).
What this user did was he bought the account, ran cheats and got instantly VAC banned for using 3rd party software (it's not a ban where you're playing in the game and someone SUSPECTS you that you're cheating and reports you. Those reports take 24 hours to be reviewed.) he got vac banned after 2 games of playing for running a software that was detected by VAC and no further actions were needed to get him banned.
He got banned after playing 2 games and contacted me saying he is gonna take his money back on paypal and leave a negative feedback (which he already did as you can see) or wanted a refund.
I don't think I owe him a refund for running hacks on the account and getting banned withing 2 hours of playing. Any competent CS:GO player can confirm that if you're banned by reports for aim lock or other software that isn't yet detectable by valve - it takes up to 24 hours for the overwatch to review your case. If you used a software that is easily detected by VAC you get instantly banned right after detection.
