this was his post, I agreed to the trade, he contacted me via skype. He was bragging about he has friends at Blizzard and he was recording the convo, Which i didnt care, i stated that 150$ was cheap and i was going to use it for my personal Account. He sent me a "Key" that was already registered and i quickly called him on skype and shared screen. We spoke and he stated he would call blizzard support. I told him to keep me in the loop and that i will be happy to buy the key for 150.00. I guess he got no where with blizzard, and he all of the suddden blames me when I SHOWED him the key not working and talking to him.

One of you need to contact Blizzard and find out what date the key was used. Right now it's your word against his.

I told him to contact blizzard to get info on the key, he said he would or rather said he did, but didn't provide any details or anything.

I received the beta key from Biglos and contacted Blizzard support myself to see what they say. I will update once I get a response.

I received a reply and Blizzard refused to tell me anything about the key.

because there is no proof one way or another, I changed the feedback to neutral. Next time use a MM or get the seller to create a new account with the key already applied.
