hello, this guy dropped me a negative feedback with no proof the account was recalled after 6 months of the sale.

i have been talking with him through discord trying to help him out with the account because the situation is so weird and this guy was so disrespectful the whole time and the excuse that he gave me is because he was pissed off but all the time i talked to him i was respectful and trying to be helpful but he decided to just leave me a bad feedback with no proof of the case, i have been working on this website for so long and never had a problem before.
