Trade Guardian was not used and buyer didn't buy any account from me. I just happen to cancel the transaction before any transaction has occurred. I think he got upset that I ended up selling it to someone else.

I never asked him for more and when he decided to say he will pay more, I rejected it. Since I had sold it to someone who really wanted the account and had been messaging me for the past few days.
the original price was Php24,000 when I had posted it and I sold it as it is, it just happens that the conversion rate changes from time to time in USD
