PLEASE HELP JUST GOT SCAMMED!

Do you have his phone number, name, and address? If you do you can go call up your county court file a claim against him, call his county sheriff's office tell them about you filing claim at your county court, ask him to serve the papers to him. Of course you'll have to pay some fee's for this to get done, but with it you can take him to court and sue him. If you don't have his info, I don't know what you can do.
Unfortunatly Paypal will not refund your money for "virtual" items. So unless you sent payment with a note saying "Payment for World of Warcraft Game/Box/CD" etc.. or noted something that isn't virtual, sorry it happened.
I've been scammed once.. I stick to a couple simple rules to avoid it now.
1) Must have positive ratings showing activity such as here on Markee, Ebay, Playerauctions or Paypal Verified with a few transactions.
2) A phone call will be made and talk to the person. Talkig with several people nearly 99.9% of scammer won't talk to yo on the phone, they don't have the balls to own up to the scum they are and it can be tracked. Doesnt' hurt my wife works for a company that can check someone's background off a name/phone number. (It is also available online for about 15 bucks. Cheaper then losing a few hundred in a scam)
3) Ask ALOT of questoins. Get history on the character in th game, what guilds, who's his friends in game. Real life stuff, married with kids? work etc.. a general conversation can tell alot. Never been scammed by someone married with kids and a job. I have no issue telling someone my name/number where I work etc.. because I will never scam anyone and have nothing to hide.
If it sounds to good to be true... IT IS, AVOID it.. there will be a legit deal elsewhere. Good luck man.
