Please help. How do I avoid gmail account recall?

I am going to buy a youtube account via paypal. Forgive me if this is a noob question but after I acquire the gmail account and password - how can I prevent a recall?

Even if I change the password the original buyer can enter an old password in the google email recovery system.

Google 2 step authentication helps but theres no way to prevent. Honestly do not do business with someone if you think its going to get recalled

Hey I'm back. I tested it out with my own gmail account by using 2 step authentication.

Even with 2 step authentication they can still reset the password through the gmail recovery system simply by providing the date they last had access to the account and the date when the account was created. There seems to be no way to prevent gmail recall.
