Please can I get all posts and account deleted?

there are 5 threads made by my account, but I cant seem to delete them as they are too old
I stupidly put my email in the block (I know this was foolish) but I really dont want it as public info anymore

If I could get all 5 of these posts permanently deleted I would much appreciate it, not in need of the account anymore if that makes any difference
