I used Player up as a buyer. Their middle man never started my order, I send them over 10 messages and received no response to any of them. All the website is managed with buggy bots. 72 hrs after purchase but still not a single response. Interesting? I opened a dispute against them in PayPal. Do NOT try them even if you have free money and free time.

Dude just use their live chat. Stop complaining here this isn't player up. This site isn't scam so stop trying to portray that they are.
Hes allowed to give his own experience on our site and in this forum whether it was truly a scam or not.

@kevin900 It is also Christmas period so this is definitely a busy time. I would say give them up to 5 days to a week max and you may get a response.

I've been scammed on Player- up and know a few others who have been as well. I thought it was already well known they've been scamming ppl this is old news guys..

Hi there ..

Try to contact them on Telegram or Facebook. they're backed up these days. hopefully your issue will be resolved.

I can't say is scam ; but really they take long time , as my first order it take up to 15days and olso I didn't take my credit yet so up to 10 days , THEY ARE SO SLOOOOOOOOOOWLY so I prefer here , any buyer or seller I meet there I suggest them here ,

I've also had a negative experience with Player Up where the middle man did not pay me. But that isn't even the worst part.

This may sound like an unbelievable story, but what do I have to gain in lying? It's also a long story, so I'll keep it brief. This all happened years ago.

I tried contacting them for over 7 days. No response. I left them a negative review on trust pilot, and they responded within 5 minutes asking me to take down my review and threatened me. I was completely flabbergasted on how they dealt with this issue. Not only that, but I really tried my best to communicate with them, but it was equivalent to talking to a child, constantly throwing tantrums, threats, and lies. By then, I decided that I wanted nothing to do with the company, as it was a fruitless argument if the other party is resorting to lies, extortion, and manipulation just to save face. They offered me money to take down the review, and I refused to do that.

They retaliated by releasing all my personal information on their public forum. (My ID, my personal photo, my credit card, my address). I threatened to sue them, and their response was basically, "You'll end up paying a lot of money in court fighting us, it'll be easier for you to just remove the review." When they noticed I was serious in taking them to court, they caved in to my request and deleted all my personal information from their database. Over the years they tried to get my review down from trust pilot, and trust pilot even ended up contacting me and I refused to take it down. Their practices are very shady and unethical. After witnessing and experiencing their actions first hand, I can say with certainty that a large portion of the positive reviews on their trust pilot page are not authentic.

Thankfully, I ended up finding EpicNPC, and so far, it's the complete opposite to what I experienced on Player Up.

Even though this is an older thread, it still needs recognition as the site mentioned just became worse and worse as years went by.

- Their middleman cut
The buyer paid me $91.77. I was allowed to start a withdrawal for $77.43. After a lot of childish drama and weeks they finally paid out $72,96.
Short version, their middleman took 25.7%.
- Their trustpilot is filled with bought/random reviews
5 positive reviews have been posted just seconds after each other in the sea of 1 stars. They are forcing everyone to delete their "off-site" issues in order to get a chance to be paid.
- Their on site threads are fake/stolen.
As an experiment we posted a negative review, they replied by making a fake thread on their site showing a completed payment to a person that never-ever used their site.

- Refund scam
They refunded their payout minutes after writing this review, pretending I did not deliver a digital product.
- Newest and the last update in this saga, paypal gave them their refund.
Their middleman paid me out "as if they were buying something from me", then pretended I did not deliver the product thus won the PayPal escalation.
Moral of the story.. Even if you ever get paid out, you say one bad word and they refund your payment. Stay on this site and do not go near Player UP.

Their page on Trustpilot is full of those fake reviews. They are whining and begging you to remove your negative review, otherwise they won't pay you out. They never attended to and they simply ignored you all the time until you posted a negative review on their Trustpilot site. Even Trustpilot is warning people from using that site. They also tried to "move" my review on an another Trustpilot page named "Middleman" which only has been created to dump the negative reviews there.

"You wrote a review of PU, but they think you might meant to review another business."
"You review is here: "PU" / ********.***"
"They think it should go here: Middleman / middleman.net"

I declined their request for obvious reasons.

Edit: Love how that website is censored, haha! Screw them!
