Platshop anyone had dealings with them ?

sorry if this is in the wrong forum could use advice

so today my normal suppler of EQ platinum was out of stock
so i checked around the forums and found platshop.com
after some searching i saw that he had some ok rep and was under the impression that he had others working for him to do his delivery's through out the day

his websites boasts fast delivery times 6 mins which is vital when selling EQ plat because there is no in game mail system

i placed my order loged in my char and waited its now been 10 hours of standing around doing sod all

tried to contact him on his live chat no one has been on all day
emailed him no reply
added to AIM not been online same with MSN

has anyone spoken to this person recently im getting real tired of waiting
or dose anyone have an alternative way of contacting this person

Banned - scammer - multiple accounts

platshop is a good company to buy from, sometimes they are slow though (usually when out of stock) but they are usually fairly quick.

You have nothing to worry about when buying from them, besides the occasional slow delivery.

30 Hours later still no platinum
no reply to my emails
still no live support

was told i would have it yesterday afternoon BUT nope i spent the whole Fing day waiting for them because i was told it would be delivered and nothing
i requested a refund STILL no reply

in my 3+ years of buying on markeedragon iv never had to file a paypal dispute
looks like Platshop will be my first
