This is a HIGH mmr smurf account without many champions, mostly ADC's.
Disclaimer: The account was originally purchased as an unranked level 30 smurf from a very reputable EpicNpc seller and may have been botted to level 30, I can't be certain.

It only has the standard adc rune page, attack speed quints, mr blues, armor yellows, AD reds.
