Phone verification temporarily disabled

It seems there is a bug with the new phone verification system that is causing the activation links during registration to not work.

The phone verification system has been disable until this can be corrected. The Account Upgrade option has also been disabled, so during this time it is not possible to upgraded from the Unverified member group to the EpicNPC Member group.

As posted here http://www.epicnpc.com/epicnpc-news...-incoming-upgrade-complete-5.html#post3094063 I will still be manually upgrading accounts for members that registered before Jan 24 2013 and have more than 5 positive feedbacks. This bug does not affect this.

This issue should now be fixed. The upgrade option has been turned back on.

The account upgrade system has been turned back on. Both the registration page and upgrade account process are now working correctly.
