Phone verification problem

Hello there,

I am having a problem with phone verification.Wanted to upgrade my account to verified,i uploaded my ID,but never received SMS with pin.I entered my phone number correctly,even if i did not,when i tried to do whole process again,my phone number was saved and it did not gave me option to change it.

Logout. Flush your cookies. And relog on EPIC. May solve the issue. (Worked for me)

There is a reset button you can click to change your phone number incase you need to change it.

The country code is based on your IP address. If you are using a VPN, it won't work.

If you're still not getting the SMS, try the automated call instead.
