Phone Verification From New Zealand

Hey there. I live in New Zealand and I want to upgrade my account. I can't get passed the phone verification though, I put my number in but it won't ring me. I have tried it 4 or 5 times now and still nothing

Add 64 in front of your phone number. The system normally adds it for you, however we've been experiencing some issues. Perhaps at the time you were trying to verify it wasn't doing it automatically.
