Phone number verification error

Tried to leave feedback, had to provide phone number again for verification, got the following:
"This number has already been linked to another user account."

I have used the same number for this account's verification in the past, and have left reviews before. Not sure if it's a bug or intended? Can an admin take a look please, thanks!
