TERMS OF SERVICE​

Piloting: The service is personally carried out by a Friend.
Stream: Customers can request a stream anytime, but it must be scheduled.
Security: Everything is handled manually, no scripts, third-party apps, or bots are used, ensuring your account is always kept safe.
Code of Conduct: During the paid membership period, you are not allowed to share your account with anyone, including friends or guildmates.
Duplicate Connection: If I receive a duplicate login during active work, I will wait for your confirmation before resuming. If more than two hours pass without a response, I will reach out to ask if I can log in again.
Communication: Customers are required to communicate proactively regarding any questions, concerns, or issues related to the service. Timely responses are essential to ensure smooth progress. Failure to provide necessary information or confirmation may result in delays.
Ban Policy: Epic requires me to state, "If your account ever gets banned, you will receive a full refund." However, rest assured, your account will not be banned!
Refund Policy: You must provide a sworn statement outlining the specific reasons for your refund request. I reserve the right to deny the request if the reason appears to be dishonest or false.
Revisions: The terms may be revised or updated at my discretion. Continued use of the service implies your acceptance of any revisions.
