The title basically says it all, I want to buy a good Carrier pilot, with no indy skills and if it does have indy that won't factor into price. Only skills relevant to pvp and carrier flying. I'm looking to buy with isk in game so I have 22 bil max. Or you can buy my isk for the right price.
