It comes with my email account that I changed it to back in 2019. It has not been changed since then. You will also get the email account for true full access. You can change the name and email to whatever you want after the sale. It also has Save The World Ultimate Edition if you're into that. There's currently 525 v-bucks on there as well. The account was originally created on Playstation so I'm not sure if you can play it on Playstation since it was already associated with my account. At some point I signed into a Siwtch with it so I also don't know if it can be used on Nintendo. I have never used an XBOX so it should be good to go there. Currently there are no other external accounts connected to the Epic Games account.
There are a lot of other games in the Epic Games Library as well... GTA 5, the Batman games, Borderlands games, etc. Just ask if you are looking for a specific game.
