It's a PC NA account as it clearly states. I'm just saying if you play on console, my accounts are the best way to switch to PC since the CP grind is done for you and all my accounts are legit as you can see from my PA reputation unlike buying someone's personal account they might try to reclaim later.

Is this a PC account or Console account? The way you word seems like it's on the console and we can easily just switch it to PC? If this is on the console you have it marked as PC making it more confusing.

Also, I don't think they do PC to Console anymore, I think it was just a one-time thing at the launch of ESO on the console. Never heard of the console to pc transfer. Please link this information that they do this.
