Still no refund / fraud
Seller replied refusing to refund the 100$. Account is now selling again. It is a scam everyone. Don't try to buy from it. He will try to say "transfer the money through Donation Alerts" and then say that "theya re blocking the money and not transferring it to my account". He will agree in refund in less than 30 days because he says he is starting a new job. It's bullshit. He will keep playing everyday more than 12h (can be verified because the seller keeps discord game activity on). So he is not very bright. I have an entire discord story to prove all this. Don't buy from him... i am still waiting for my refund.

Waiting for the refund on the failed transaction on this account. Purchase was not completed either side (no problems on that) but the seller currently owes 100$ to me on a first split that was cancelled.
Seller should reply on the next 24h as he currently has the money to make the refund that is due. Waiting on his answer to finish the subject
