It used to be a High Plat account in OW1. Due to the OW2 ranking/matchmaking bug it got ranked down to Gold/Silver but since they fixed it you should be back to Plat pretty fast after a couple of wins.
Season 2 (OW 2) is the last played season.

edit: Did a bit of digging and yes you can merge it with all consoles.
