If he said he would resolve it, you should have waited to post this. You need to give ppl a chance to do what they say until the time comes that they do not.

The other dispute was moved as resolved and now you are saying he did not refund you.

Oh, and if that doesn't prove anything, the account just got VAC banned; meaning he REALLY cheated, no matter what he says.

OW ban means people think he cheated, VAC banned him, he had a cheating software in his computer. Nothing else.

also LOL. this site is busted. i get scammed and post proof, and the kid says he won't pay be but all he gets is a "trade with caution". I refund with proof, donate to the site, and i have a "pending ban" ?!?!?

You being scammed twice on this site is not our fault. You did not have to pay for your member upgrade, you chose to do so. Stop saying that like had to do it. Rules on this site are in play for a reason. You as everyone that is new here needs to read our rules and also read our safe trading thread. The game you chose to play and then buy or sell or trade have risks. If you chose to do something against that companies term of service, that falls on you if it is proven you are at fault. If you are, you need to compensate and after the person needs to verify you made them whole.

This is not subject to debate any longer nor do you need to continue hitting the point home you "donated" to this site like it gives you privilege.
