Paypal we are not able to process your payment

For some reason i cant pay the epic member fee with paypal from my country this is what it says:

Return to merchant and try a different payment method

We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the merchant's website and try using a different payment method (if available).

Is there any email to where i can send directly the money i got the number to my phone, etc.

Ok then u found the reason i dont have a credit card, but that shouldnt be a problem i got a good balance in my acc ive paid other users with the acc and had no problems, ill send and email to paypal and if they ask for a credit card im screw. Inst there any chance of paying this to and email?

You need to pay through our website to get verified. There is no email where you can pay directly through. There shouldn't be any problems if there is funds in your account.

Dosent let me, ill try again today if not give me ur email and ill send u the money so u can see ill take a screenshot of my paypals balance and send it to u or any mod not post it here obcourse.

ill contact paypal and see if theres a way they let me pay, if not guess i wont be able nice country policys.

I'm not going to accept any money from you. You'll have to contact Paypal until they can fix it and until you are able to send money through using the EpicNPC website. There is no direct email for you to send payments through to. You have to go through the system so that EpicNPC can check up and then verify you.

i have dolars on the acc i dont have pesos since ive been getting paids in dolars, but seems this is way of my country to restric the way i spend my dolars outside of it.

ill contact paypal if they cant solve it then i guess thats it nothing to do about it.

Mod i update the post up there at the same time u reply just in case u didnt saw it, its all coz of country policy. Guess thats it, thanks for the help.

You should still be able to send a payment through USD.
It's probably because you are unverified (on Paypal) and you have a limit for sending and receiving payments.
Other than that, there shouldn't be a problem. Just call up Paypal, there's nothing wrong with our side. If there is, I guess EpicNPC will update us here.

Ok finally after insisting over and over i was writing to paypal and decided to try again, and for some reason now it accepted the payment. I apoligize for this thread but i cound make the payment at first and i tried like 4 or 5 times.

THanks for the replys and thread closed. Im finally a member. If i decided later to become verified ill try like 10 times before making a post

And congratulations on your upgrade.

No need to apologise. The payment problem usually happens to new Paypals or unverified ones. Need at least 24 hours for them to allow you to make a payment to a shop/website. It's just the safety precaution Paypal takes to ensure that there aren't stolen accounts I believe.
