PayPal vs Skrill, Neteller, Bitcoin, Webmoney, etc

Hi, I am confused about the different payment methods : Skrill, Neteller, Bitcoin, Webmoney, G2A, Western Union, etc.


I live in Canada and was wondering which is the best as a buyer? For Skrill and Neteller, when I sign up it asks which currency and that it cannot be changed? Is US dollars the one I should be signing up for? (I am mostly buying Path of Exile currency here)


I have only used Paypal premium and personal accounts and there is no fee for me as buyer (seller pays fee if receiving into premier/business account). For the above services is it always the buyer who pays the fee?

Skrill is similar to Paypal, but has a higher barrier of entry (ID required) and is more friendly to virtual goods sales.
Bitcoin can't be chargedback. Furthermore, all transactions are public, which can serve as a "vouch log" of sorts since you can prove that you have actually sold X of something.

If you're buying PoE currency, you don't really have to worry about any other payment method besides Paypal.

In most cases, only sellers will need to worry about the other payment methods i.e. using BTC for a very large trade to not have to deal with Paypal fees and avoid chargebacks.
