"Rampage As One" hasn't logged into his account for 6 months and his IP is from California. The IP I got from the Skype username is from China.

Post a screenshot of the Paypal payment from the details page. Make sure his name and email are visible. I have a name for "Rampage As One" and I want to see if they match.

The name is not a match. I don't believe 'Rampage As One' is the same person you were talking to on Skype s.as.a358 ([email protected]). IPs are from different countries, names don't match and Rampage hasn't been active in 6 months. I think the scammer on skype just randomly selected a user and told you he was them.

Since this user has no account here. I'll move it to the scam busters forum.
