Chat Logs: No Chatlogs because of the new SN, I failed to set IM archiving on it, assuming it would be automatic. But user has posted in my Feedback Thread confirming the purchase. Paypal logs with details of transaction to follow

Sorry Alexandra, but I mentioned above, that I didn't have IM archiving on because it was a new SN as my old one was compromised and I expected it to be automatically carried over.

Only thing I have from him is telling me that MW2 is 51% Downloaded through steam

I put up this report, but I am also trying to contact the buyer and resolve this problem right now

The Steam Account is banned? How can you post on here and not contact me on AIM? I have not heard of this, and you confirmed that everything was A-OK when the purchase went through.

If there is a problem, you should contact me and I can try to sort it out and if not, I would issue a refund. But just going and issuing an UnAuth without contacting me, is quite rude I must say.

If I havent been around that much, its because of work and I've been sick so I apologize. So get to me on AIM, give me the password for the account I sold you, let me see what is the issue and I will sort it out. All it takes is a ticket to Steam Support to fix everything

At the time of Purchase, the Steam was not banned,because I was logged into it at the time you had contacted me. If you did something to get it disabled, then that is your fault and not mine. You had the account for 4 days, and I assume you were playing MW2 MP. If you were cheating and were caught, then that is your fault, and that $65 is rightfully mine.

I am not responsible for you getting caught cheating, if that is the case. Otherwise, I will help settle the Steam account because I am suspecting that it is Disabled because you did something, which I will have to put in a ticket claiming it was compromised.

I would have prefered you have contacted me about this issue instead of just recalling, not attempting to contact me in any way, and leaving me with a negative balance with no clue on what was going on

I would also like to see this proof. RIght now I am heading off to bed as it is past midnight and I have work tomorrow. I will check this thread tomorrow and see how this situation has advanced, and look into getting the Steam account unbanned.

But once it has been returned to you Joe, I will require the payment plus the Fee for the Chargeback, due to you filing a UnAuth without contacting me first, which was very rude.

Wait, why was he able to get the money back from an unauthorized dispute ?

Isn't it kind of weird that he filed an unauthorized dispute ? Usually you only win those when it really wasn't the person sending the money.

Or is it that the money has yet to be reversed and is being held.

I'm pretty sure PayPal doesn't only trace it down to IPs, I'm sure they're smarter than that, it's more like a hardware ID logged or something along the lines.

I havent been on much because I have been sick, along with New Years, so I apologize, but you never tried to IM me while I was offline, or PM me, or make contact in any way at all.

Right now, it looks like you just want to get a Steam account and keep your money, to me. WHere is the screen shot. ANd why do you never reply on AIM?!?! You are always mobile. I have seen zero effort from you, and right now am in the process of getting that Steam account back, and un Disabled, if it is at all.

And dealing with the Paypal Dispute it was opened and closed on th same day while I was at work, and never given a chance to respond to it. Ontop of that, I ALSO was online at work.

If you atleast try to contact me Joe, you would have gotten in contact.

Lawl, I am in the Process of reclaiming the Steam account. I Know the song and dance routine to get it back, unless Joe did something very bad to get it unrecoverable, but in that case, its his fault and has no right to take back his money.

We are still waiting on that screenshot
