Paypal refund question

Hi,
I want to know something about paypal :
There is this thing called purchase protection

I just wanted to know if online game accounts are included in the list and will I get a refund in case I get scammed while buying a league of legends account ?

From what I know Virtual Items are not covered by paypal, don't quote me on that but I'm pretty sure.

also I suggest using trade guardian or a trusted mm
